What we collect and why

Order and delivery data (including, for Saudi Arabia, your National Address) to fulfil your purchase; payment data (processed by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers); marketing data only with your explicit consent; technical data via cookies.

Consent and your choices

We process your data with your consent and as necessary to perform your order, in line with the data protection laws of your country (including the Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL, Qatar PDPPL, Bahrain PDPL and Oman PDPL). You may withdraw consent at any time via support@derimarket.net; marketing messages stop within 24 hours of an opt-out request.

Sharing and transfers abroad

Your data is processed by our service providers: our e-commerce platform Shopify, payment providers, DHL Express, our fulfilment centre in Türkiye, email providers, our live chat provider Chatty (AVADA Group Company Limited, Vietnam; hosted in the United States), which provides customer support chat including AI-assisted replies, and our product review provider Judge.me (Judge.me Ltd, United Kingdom; servers in the United States). As a result, your data may be transferred to and processed outside your country, including in Türkiye, the United States and the United Kingdom. We apply contractual safeguards and data minimisation to these transfers. We do not sell your personal data.

Live chat

If you use the chat on our website, your messages and the details you share with us are processed by our chat provider Chatty so that we can answer your questions. Some replies are generated automatically by an AI assistant; you can ask for a member of our team at any time. Please do not share payment card details in the chat.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, a copy of it, or its correction or deletion, object to direct marketing, and complain to your national data protection authority (e.g. SDAIA in Saudi Arabia). Requests: support@derimarket.net.

Retention

Order records are kept as required by tax and commercial law; marketing data until you withdraw consent.
