Returns and Refund Policy

14-day returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. This already covers and exceeds your statutory withdrawal rights (7 days in Saudi Arabia and 3 days in Qatar for unused products).

How to return

Before sending any return, you must contact our customer service: email support@derimarket.net with your order number. We will confirm receipt immediately and email you a prepaid DHL return label, which covers all customs formalities. Returns are handled at our returns centre: Kazlıçeşme Mah., Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy Cad. No: 4/C, 34020 Zeytinburnu/İstanbul, Türkiye. Please do not ship with your own carrier and do not send goods to any US address; returns are accepted only via our DHL label. Hand the parcel to DHL within 14 days of telling us.

Return cost

The direct cost of returning the goods is USD 35, deducted from your refund when you use our DHL label. This cost is communicated before you order. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items are always free. The USD 35 is never charged in those cases.

Condition of returns

Items must be unused (indoor try-on only), with tags and original packaging. Handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product may reduce the refund (for example, footwear worn outdoors or leather goods showing signs of use).

Refunds

To the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of dispatch). If you prefer, you can ask us to issue your refund as store credit for use on derimarket.net instead; this is entirely your choice and never a condition of your refund. Import taxes are not re-charged to you, as our prices are Delivered Duty Paid.

Defective products

Repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your country’s consumer protection law (Kuwait: within 14 days of purchase; Bahrain: within 15 days of delivery; Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman: statutory remedies). Return shipping is on us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for a different size or colour. Please return the item following the process above and place a new order for the size or colour you need. Your rights for defective goods are not affected.
