Information we collect
Order and account information (name, address, email, phone, purchase history); payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers); marketing information (email address, preferences); device and usage information collected via cookies and similar technologies (IP address, browser, pages viewed), including through analytics and advertising partners.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders and provide support; to send order updates; to send marketing emails if you sign up (unsubscribe anytime); to analyze and improve our site; to show and measure ads; to prevent fraud; to comply with law.
How we share it
With service providers (Shopify, payment processors, DHL Express, our fulfillment center in Türkiye, email and analytics providers, our live chat provider Chatty, which provides customer support chat including AI-assisted replies, and our product review provider Judge.me); with advertising partners (which may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws); as required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
Live chat
If you use the chat on our website, your messages and the details you share with us are processed by our chat provider Chatty so that we can answer your questions. Some replies are generated automatically by an AI assistant (a bot), not by a person; you can ask for a member of our team at any time. Please do not share payment card details in the chat.
Your US state privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and “sale”/“sharing”. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may need to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Notice of financial incentive
We offer a welcome discount of 100 TL (converted to US dollars at checkout) on your first order of 1,500 TL or more in exchange for joining our email list. The value of this incentive is reasonably related to the value of the email address you provide, which we estimate by reference to the discount’s value. You may join via the sign-up form and may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing, without penalty.

International processing
Your information is processed in the United States and, for order fulfillment and returns, in Türkiye. Our live chat provider Chatty (AVADA Group Company Limited) is based in Vietnam and our product review provider Judge.me (Judge.me Ltd) is based in the United Kingdom; both store data on servers in the United States. All providers process your information under contractual safeguards.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
