INFORMATION-2: This fur-lined boot model is designed for cold climate conditions. Our products are not 100% waterproof. Their most distinctive feature is that they are made from natural sheep fur, providing exceptional warmth. However, due to their breathable natural fur construction, we recommend not exposing them to rain or melted snow for very long periods. Due to their natural construction, our products must never come into contact with chemicals. (During periods of heavy snowfall, contact with salt on salted roads may cause the product's shape to change.)
Products sold through Derimarket are covered by our no-questions-asked return guarantee within 14 days, provided they have not lost their resellable condition. You can return our products free of charge, except for items in the Outlet category, as long as they have not been used outdoors and their invoice, original box, packaging, labels, brochures, and other accessories are undamaged.
For products purchased from the Outlet category, a shipping fee of 200 TL will be deducted from the refund when processing a return. This is primarily because products in the Outlet category are offered at prices below their cost. Passing on the additional return costs for these products allows us to maintain our sustainable low-price policy.
