Who we are
derimarket.net is operated by Pegia USA LLC (registered agent address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; operations and returns: Kazlıçeşme Mah., Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy Cad. No: 4/C, 34020 Zeytinburnu/İstanbul, Türkiye). We are the controller of personal data processed via https://www.derimarket.net. Representative: Hasan Erdogan. What we collect
Order and account data; payment data (processed by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers); for deliveries to South Korea, your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), used solely for customs clearance; marketing data (with your consent); technical data via cookies. We may also receive your data indirectly (e.g. from delivery or advertising partners). This policy applies to that data too, and we notify you where required (including under New Zealand’s IPP3A).
Why we use it
Order fulfilment and support; service messages; marketing emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time, and we honour requests within the shortest period required in your country); analytics and site improvement; fraud prevention; legal compliance.
Sharing and international transfers
Service providers acting on our instructions: Shopify, payment providers, DHL Express, our fulfilment centre in Türkiye, email and analytics providers, our live chat provider Chatty (customer support chat, including AI-assisted replies) and our product review provider Judge.me. Your data is processed in the United States, Türkiye and the countries where these providers operate, under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Live chat
If you use the chat on our website, your messages and the details you share with us are processed by our chat provider Chatty so that we can answer your questions. Some replies are generated automatically by an AI assistant; you can ask for a member of our team at any time. Please do not share payment card details in the chat.
Your rights by country
Wherever you are, you can request access, correction or deletion and object to marketing: support@derimarket.net. Australia: you may complain to us and then to the OAIC; this policy describes our overseas disclosures as required by the APPs. New Zealand: you may complain to the Privacy Commissioner. Canada: PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25 apply; you may complain to the OPC/CAI. Japan: under the APPI, retained personal data items, purposes and request procedures are as set out here; transfers outside Japan rely on your consent or equivalent safeguards. South Korea: PIPA applies; our overseas transfers are listed below, and you may contact the PIPC. Singapore: under the PDPA, our Data Protection Officer can be reached at support@derimarket.net; you may complain to the PDPC. Hong Kong: the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies; you may complain to the PCPD. Malaysia: the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 applies; you may contact the Personal Data Protection Department.
Overseas transfers (South Korea, PIPA)
To perform your order, we transfer personal information overseas as follows. Transfers take place electronically over encrypted connections when you place your order and, for support requests, when you contact us.
1. Shopify Inc. (Canada) and its hosting providers (United States): name, contact details, address, order and payment history; to operate our online store; retained until the purposes are fulfilled or as required by law.
2. DHL Express (Germany and the destination country): name, address, phone number, order contents and your PCCC; to deliver your order and clear customs; retained as required by customs and tax law.
3. Our payment providers (United States): name, billing details and transaction data; to process payments and prevent fraud; retained as required by financial regulations.
4. Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (Türkiye), our fulfilment centre: name, address, phone number and order contents; to prepare and ship your order and handle returns; retained for up to 6 years.
5. Email and analytics providers (United States): email address, order updates and site usage data; to send order messages and, with your consent, marketing; retained until you unsubscribe or the purposes are fulfilled.
6. Chatty, operated by AVADA Group Company Limited (Vietnam), hosted in the United States: name, email address and the content of your chat messages; to provide customer support chat, including AI-assisted replies; retained until the purposes are fulfilled.
7. Judge.me Ltd (United Kingdom), servers in the United States: name, email address and order details; to request, collect and publish product reviews; retained until you ask us to remove your review or the purposes are fulfilled.
Contact for all recipients: support@derimarket.net. You may refuse these transfers by contacting support@derimarket.net; however, as they are necessary to fulfil your order, we may then be unable to process or deliver it.
Retention, children, changes
Order records up to 6 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe. Not directed at children under 16. Updates appear on this page.
