Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

https://www.derimarket.net (the “Site”) is operated by Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“Derimarket”). Anyone who visits or uses the Site is deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. Purchases made through the Site are also subject to the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement; membership transactions are subject to the Membership Agreement; and the processing of personal data is also subject to the KVKK Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

2. Product information and images

Product descriptions and images are prepared to present the products as accurately as possible. Products made from natural leather and sheepskin may have slight variations in color and texture due to the nature of the materials and screen settings. This does not affect your legal rights regarding defective products.

3. Prices and stock

Prices on the Site are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Price and stock information may be updated; the price shown on the Site and in the order summary at the time of your order will apply.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including its design, text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, and software, belongs to Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş., its group companies, or its licensors. The trademarks and logos appearing on the Site, including Derimarket, Pegia, Cool Moon, and Sheepy Care, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law and principles of fair dealing, and not to engage in any actions that disrupt its operation, compromise its security, or infringe the rights of others. This includes distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access, collecting data using bots or similar automated tools, and conducting transactions using another person’s information.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites outside our control, such as shipping-tracking, payment, and social media pages. The operators of those websites are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure that the Site operates continuously and without errors; however, temporary interruptions to access may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond our control. Our liability in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as your rights under consumer protection legislation, remain unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use. The current text will be published on this page; changes will not affect orders placed before their publication date.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish law. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; for claims exceeding those limits, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction, provided that mediation is sought before filing a lawsuit pursuant to Article 73/A of Law No. 6502.
