Delivery and Shipping

Free shipping

All shipments and returns within Türkiye are free of charge; there is no minimum order value.

Shipping company

Shipments are made through our contracted shipping companies operating in Türkiye, primarily Yurtiçi Kargo; the carrier may change for operational reasons. For returns, the carrier we designate is Yurtiçi Kargo; details are available on the Returns and Right of Withdrawal page.

Delivery time

Your order is prepared at our warehouse and delivered to your address within 1-3 business days, excluding busy promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday and Valentine's Day). The maximum statutory delivery period is 30 days. Your shipment tracking link will be sent by email.

Liability

All responsibility for loss or damage rests with Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. until the product is delivered to you. If you notice damage to your package, have the courier prepare a damage report and notify destek@derimarket.net; damaged deliveries will be replaced free of charge. The absence of a damage report does not eliminate your legal rights.

Force majeure

In extraordinary circumstances that prevent delivery (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, interruptions to transportation, etc.), we will inform you immediately; if you wish, you may cancel your order or request an exchange for an equivalent product or a postponement.

Undeliverable orders

If you are not present at the address, the shipping company will leave a notification; the product can be collected from the branch. For orders that cannot be delivered and are returned, your payment will be refunded in full.
