Commercial Electronic Message Consent

This text applies when you check the relevant checkbox during membership registration, newsletter subscription, or ordering. Providing consent is optional; withholding consent does not prevent you from becoming a member or shopping.

Consent statement

I consent to Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“Derimarket”) sending commercial electronic messages by email and SMS to the email address and mobile phone number I shared with Derimarket, for the purposes of providing information and promotion about products, campaigns, discounts, events, and innovations.

Explicit consent

In this context, I give my explicit consent, pursuant to Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698, to the processing of my name and surname, contact details, shopping information, and preferences for the purposes of determining campaigns suitable for me, personalizing messages, and measuring campaign performance. I can access detailed information about the processing of my personal data in the KVKK Information Notice.

Message Management System (İYS)

As required by legislation, your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) within no later than 3 business days. You can also view and manage your consent and refusal preferences through İYS’s citizen channels (iys.org.tr and e-Devlet).

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without stating a reason and free of charge. To do so, you can use the unsubscribe link or instructions included in each message, write to destek@derimarket.net, or use İYS. Message sending will be stopped within no later than 3 business days after your refusal notification reaches us.

Informational messages

Informational messages regarding your orders, payments, shipping, returns, and membership transactions that do not contain promotional content are sent independently of this consent.

Retention of records

Consent and refusal records, as well as message records, are retained for the 3-year period stipulated by legislation for submission to the Ministry of Trade.
