You can return your product within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
Order cancellation
Before your order is shipped, you can request cancellation by writing to destek@derimarket.net or our WhatsApp line at 0537 395 78 95. If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase no later than 14 days after your request reaches us. For orders that have been shipped, you can use the return process below after receiving the product.
How do I make a return?
Log in to your account at https://www.derimarket.net and use the return code button next to your order - each return code is unique to the order. Hand over the product with your return code to any branch of Yurtiçi Kargo, our designated carrier for returns. You may also notify us by writing to destek@derimarket.net or by completing the sample withdrawal form in the Preliminary Information Form. We will immediately confirm receipt of your return request by email. You only need to ship the product within 14 days of your notification.
Return shipping is free
Like all our shipments, your returns are also free of charge.

Kazlıçeşme Mah. Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy Cad. No: 4/C, 34020 Zeytinburnu/İstanbul. When you hand over your product with your return code at a Yurtiçi Kargo branch, it will reach this address free of charge.
Condition of the product
You may try the product indoors, just as you can try it in a store; you will not be held responsible for testing within this scope. If the product is used beyond the testing limit (wearing the product outdoors; damaging the label, box, or accessories), any loss in value may be deducted from the refund amount. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to personal specifications.
Inspection and refund
After your returned product reaches us, it will be inspected within 2-5 business days. Your refund will be made in full to the payment method you used for the purchase no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification reaches us. The time it takes for a refund to your card to appear on your statement depends on your bank; for installment purchases, the refund may appear on your card in installments.
Gift voucher option
If you wish, you can ask for the refund amount to be credited to your account as a gift voucher that you can use on derimarket.net. This is entirely your choice; the gift voucher is not a prerequisite for a refund, and unless you request it, the refund will always be made to your payment method.
Corporate invoice
For orders issued with a corporate invoice, the return must be processed with a return invoice issued by your company, as required by tax legislation. For individual orders, presenting an invoice is not required; your order number is sufficient.
Defective product
If the product is defective (such as a manufacturing defect), all shipping costs are our responsibility; under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, you may choose any of your rights to free repair, replacement with a defect-free product, a price reduction, or a full refund.
Exchange
For a size or color exchange, you can use the return process and place a new order, or contact our support team.
