Free returns within 14 days
You can return products purchased from Derimarket free of charge and without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Please send the product in a condition that allows it to be resold — tried on but not used outdoors, with its tag, box, and accessories all included. Otherwise, any loss in value may be deducted from your refund.
How do I return an item?
Get the return code for your order from the order page in your account, then take the product and this code to any Yurtiçi Kargo branch. For personal orders, you don’t need to send an invoice; your order number is sufficient.
Refunds
After your returned product reaches us, it will be inspected within 2-5 business days. Your payment will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days at the latest, starting from when we receive your return request.
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are not available. For a different size or color, you can start the free return process and place a new order for the product you want.
