You can return our products free of charge, except for items in the Outlet category, as long as they have not been used outdoors and their invoice, original box, packaging, labels, brochures, and other accessories are undamaged.
For products purchased from the Outlet category, a shipping fee of 200 TL will be deducted from the refund when processing a return. This is primarily because products in the Outlet category are offered at prices below their cost. Passing on the additional return costs for these products allows us to maintain our sustainable low-price policy.
