Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
If you signed in to Derimarket with your Facebook account, you can follow the steps on this page to request the deletion of the information shared with us through Facebook.
What information do we receive through Facebook Login?
When you sign in with Facebook, we only receive the information you allow: your name, your email address and your Facebook user ID. We use this information only to create your account and to let you sign in.
1. Remove Derimarket's access to your Facebook account
- On Facebook, click your profile picture in the top right corner and go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find Derimarket in the list and click Remove.
This prevents Derimarket from accessing your Facebook account in the future.
2. Request the deletion of your data
To have the information we received through Facebook deleted from our systems, please send an email to support@derimarket.net with the following details:
- Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request
- The full name on your Facebook account
- The email address you used to register on Derimarket
We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm by email once it is completed.
Records we are required to keep
Invoice and order records that we are legally required to keep are stored for the period set out in the applicable legislation and deleted at the end of that period.
