Due to the end of the season, we offer selected products for sale at special and more advantageous prices. These products may have slight shade differences, texture variations, or minor model-specific detail differences resulting from the production process. Due to operational costs, a 200 TL shipping and return shipping fee per product is deducted for returns. Exchanges are not available for operational reasons.
Products sold through Derimarket are covered by our no-questions-asked return guarantee within 14 days, provided they have not lost their resellable condition. You can return our products free of charge, except for items in the Outlet category, as long as they have not been used outdoors and their invoice, original box, packaging, labels, brochures, and other accessories are undamaged.
For products purchased from the Outlet category, a shipping fee of 200 TL will be deducted from the refund when processing a return. This is primarily because products in the Outlet category are offered at prices below their cost. Passing on the additional return costs for these products allows us to maintain our sustainable low-price policy.
