INFORMATION-1: In our products, we use the fur and leather that are by-products of animals raised on farms for food production. These animals are not raised for their fur or leather.
INFORMATION-2: This fur-lined boot model is designed for cold climate conditions. Our products are not 100% waterproof. Their most distinctive feature is that they are made from natural sheepskin fur, providing ultra warmth. However, due to their breathable natural fur structure, we recommend not exposing them to rain or snow for very long periods. Our products must never come into contact with chemicals due to their natural structure. (During heavy snowfall, contact with salt on salted roads may alter the product's shape.)
Products sold through Derimarket are covered by our no-questions-asked return guarantee within 14 days, provided they have not lost their resellable condition. You can return our products free of charge, except for items in the Outlet category, as long as they have not been used outdoors and their invoice, original box, packaging, labels, brochures, and other accessories are undamaged.
For products purchased from the Outlet category, a shipping fee of 200 TL will be deducted from the refund when processing a return. This is primarily because products in the Outlet category are offered at prices below their cost. Passing on the additional return costs for these products allows us to maintain our sustainable low-price policy.
