Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

https://www.derimarket.net (the “Site”) is operated by Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“Derimarket”). Everyone who visits and uses the Site is deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. For purchases made through the Site, the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement; for membership transactions, the Membership Agreement; and for the processing of personal data, the KVKK Disclosure Notice and Cookie Policy also apply.

2. Product information and images

Product descriptions and images are prepared to present the products as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of the material and screen settings, slight differences in color and texture may be visible in products made from genuine leather and sheepskin. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.

3. Prices and stock

Prices on the Site are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Price and stock information may be updated; the price shown on the Site at the time of your order and included in the order summary will apply to your order.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including designs, text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, and software, belongs to Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş., its group companies, or its licensors. The trademarks and logos displayed on the Site, particularly Derimarket, Pegia, Cool Moon, and Sheepy Care, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law and principles of good faith and not to engage in actions that disrupt the Site’s operation, compromise its security, or infringe the rights of others. This includes distributing malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, collecting data using bots or similar automated tools, and conducting transactions using information belonging to another person.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites outside our control, such as shipment tracking, payment, and social media pages. The operators of the relevant sites are responsible for the content and privacy practices of those sites.

7. Liability

We exercise the necessary care to ensure that the Site operates continuously and without errors; however, temporary interruptions in access may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or reasons beyond our control. Our liability in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as your rights arising from consumer legislation, are reserved.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use. The current text will be published on this page; changes will not affect orders placed before the date of publication.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish law. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; in cases exceeding those limits, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction and authority, provided that mediation is sought before filing a lawsuit in accordance with Article 73/A of Law No. 6502.
