Orders placed from Türkiye cannot be shipped abroad; orders placed through the Türkiye store are delivered only to addresses within Türkiye. Orders placed from abroad can be shipped to countries outside Türkiye; orders are delivered to addresses in Türkiye only when placed through the Türkiye store. Prices, currency and exchange rates, product ranges, and stock information vary depending on the country from which you access the site.

Seller and applicable terms

For orders placed from abroad, the seller is Pegia UK Ltd for European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom; and Pegia USA LLC for the United States, Gulf countries, and other countries. These orders are subject to the terms of service, privacy, shipping, and return policies published in the store for the country from which you access the site; the policies published for the Türkiye store do not apply to these orders.

Shipping

Orders placed from abroad are shipped free of charge from our warehouse in Türkiye via DHL Express. Customs duties and import fees are covered by us; no additional payment will be requested from you upon delivery. In the United States, state sales tax is shown separately at checkout where required.

Returns

You also have the right to return orders placed from abroad within 14 days of delivery.
