3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices include VAT. Shipping is free. Payment is made by credit card or debit card, and the order amount is charged when you confirm your order; if you have a defined money voucher balance in your account, you may use it for payment. Bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery are not available. For installment payments by credit card, an installment surcharge applies; the number of installments, installment amounts, and the total amount including the installment surcharge are displayed on the payment page before you confirm the order. Installment arrangements are subject to the terms of the agreement between you and the card-issuing bank.
4. DELIVERY
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Türkiye via contracted courier companies operating in Türkiye, primarily Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery is made within 1-3 business days, except during periods of intensive campaigns (e.g., Black Friday); in all cases, the maximum statutory period is 30 days. The Seller is responsible for loss and damage until the product is delivered to you. Delivery is free of charge.
5. ORDER STEPS, DATA ENTRY ERRORS AND RETENTION OF THE CONTRACT
The order is completed by adding the product to the cart, entering the delivery and billing information, selecting the payment method, and confirming the order summary. Before confirming the order, you can go back at each step to correct errors in your address, product, and payment information. The Distance Sales Contract and this Form are sent to your e-mail address together with the order confirmation and retained by the Seller for at least 3 (three) years; during this period, you can access your contract through your membership account or request a copy from destek@derimarket.net.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product to you or to the third party you designate, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may notify us of your withdrawal by (a) obtaining an order-specific return code from the order screen in your account at https://www.derimarket.net, (b) sending an explicit statement to destek@derimarket.net, or (c) completing the sample form below. Confirmation that your withdrawal notification has reached us will be sent to you immediately by e-mail. The carrier designated by the Seller for returns is Yurtiçi Kargo. It is sufficient to deliver the product with your return code to any Yurtiçi Kargo branch within 14 days from your withdrawal notification; return shipping is free. In the event of withdrawal, all payments collected (including any installment surcharge, if applicable) will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date your notification reaches us. If you wish, you may request that the refund amount be credited to your account as a money voucher usable on derimarket.net; this is done only upon your explicit request and is not a prerequisite for the refund. For orders for which a corporate invoice is issued, the return must be made with a return invoice issued by the company, as required by tax legislation.
7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND DIMINUTION IN VALUE
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products personalized according to your requests. If you use the product during the withdrawal period in accordance with its operation and intended purpose - limited to trying it indoors to the extent that you could try it in a store - you will not be held responsible for any resulting changes. In the event of use exceeding this limit (including wearing the product outdoors and damaging its label, box, or accessories), the diminution in value of the product may be claimed from the Buyer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
8. COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS
You may submit your requests and complaints to destek@derimarket.net, by calling 0850 532 33 74, or via our WhatsApp line at 0537 395 78 95. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your place of residence within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes exceeding these limits, you may apply to the Consumer Court, provided that mediation is sought before filing a lawsuit in accordance with Article 73/A of Law No. 6502.
