Payment Options

At Derimarket, you can shop securely using a credit or debit card; the order amount is charged when you confirm your order. All prices include VAT; shipping within Türkiye is free. Payment by bank transfer/EFT or cash on delivery is not accepted.

Credit and debit cards

Your card payments are processed with 3D Secure verification through PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. Your card details are not viewed or stored by Derimarket.

Installments

Credit card purchases can be paid in up to 12 installments. An installment fee applies to installment payments; depending on your card and bank, the available installment options, installment amounts, and total amount including the installment fee are displayed on the payment page before you confirm your order. Installment payments are subject to the terms of the agreement between you and the card-issuing bank.

Shopping voucher

If you have a shopping voucher balance assigned to your account, you can pay for all or part of your order with the voucher and pay the remaining amount by card. The shopping voucher can only be used for purchases at https://www.derimarket.net. When an order paid with a shopping voucher is returned, the amount paid with the shopping voucher is refunded as a shopping voucher, while the amount paid by card is refunded to your card.

Payments for returns

The refund is issued to the payment method you used for the purchase. How and when a refund to your card appears on your statement depends on your bank’s practices; for installment purchases, the refund may appear on your card in installments. If you wish, you may request that the refund amount be credited to your account as a shopping voucher; this is entirely your choice and is not a prerequisite for receiving the refund.
