KVKK Application Form

You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to the data controller Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. by completing this form in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Application methods

(a) By hand-delivering or sending a wet-signed copy of the form, together with a document verifying your identity, to Kazlıçeşme Mah. Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy Cad. No: 4/C Zeytinburnu/İstanbul 34020; (b) by sending it from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to pegia@hs01.kep.tr; (c) by signing it with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature and sending it to destek@derimarket.net; (ç) by sending it from the e-mail address you previously notified us of and that is registered in our system to destek@derimarket.net.

Response period

Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is provided within the prescribed period, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date you learn of the response and, in any event, within 60 days from the date of application.
